Hyperskin PS3 REMOTEXT Controller with QWERTY Keyboard and Blu-ray Control Posted: 23 May 2011 04:05 AM PDT Hyperskin will launch its PS3 REMOTEXT wireless gaming controller for PS3 that includes a full QWERTY keyboard and DVD/Blu-ray controller. Its QWERTY keypad lets you to text other players on the PlayStation Network while the Blu-ray/DVD controll is obviously for controlling movie playback on the PS3 system. The REMOTEXT has dual analog sticks and buttons to navigate PS3 games. The Hyperskin PS3 REMOTEXT comes with rechargeable battery and a USB charge cable. It will be available in Summer 2011. The RamSan-70 offers a sustained I/O rates up to 330,000 IOPS (at 4K block sizes) for reads or 160,000 IOPS for writes, and bandwidth up to 2 GB/second. It is available in 450GB to 900GB capacities. The RamSan-70 includes wear-leveling technology that protects the underlying Flash media by spreading out writes and maximizing the write life of the system. It uses PCI-Express 2 x8 interface. Softbank Sharp 007SH AQUOS PHONE THE HYBRID Clamshell runs Android Posted: 22 May 2011 07:37 AM PDT While most Android phones are in bar-type or QWERTY slider form factor, there are also a few clamshell Android smartphones, including NTT docomo Sharp SH-01B/Sharp SH7218U, Samsung W899 and Motorola Ming A1680. Here comes another flip Android phone, the Sharp 007SH AQUOS PHONE THE HYBRID to be released by Softbank in Japan in June. The phone is also waterproof with IPX5/IPX7 rating.
The Softbank 007SH runs Android 2.3. It features a 3.4-inch 854×480 Mobile ASV LCD display, a 0.7-inch OLED external display, a 16 Megapixel auto focus camera, and built-in 1Seg TV tuner. It supports GPS, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity. There is also a microSD/SDHC card slot. The Sharp 007SH supports WCDMA 3G and GSM networks. iRiver T9 MP3 Player with Shake to Skip Song Posted: 22 May 2011 06:57 AM PDT Korean company iRiver is launching the new T9 compact MP3 player with built-in G-sensor that allows users to skip to next song by simply shaking the player. Like some USB flash drives, the T9 has a sliding USB connector for easy PC connection. Users can also play MP3 files on the T9 by plugging it to any music system with USB port. Other than “Shake to Skip”, the T9 also offers the Switch UI that utilizes G-sensor to recognize the orientation and activates a different set of funcions accordingly.
The iRiver T9 is available with 2GB or 4GB capacities. It supports MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC music playback and comes with FM radio. It includes also voice recording function as well. The T9 has a 1-inch 128×64 Mono LED display and a 4-directional keypad. The player has the Fitness Mode that uses the G-sensor to track users’ activities including distance travelled, number of steps taken and calories consumption. iRiver T9′s lithium polymer battery provides up to 24 hours of play time on a single charge. 2GB models is available in Classy Black and Silky Silver colors and the 4GB model adds Party Pink and Velvet Brown options. The 2.5-inch hard drive is available in 320GB, 500GB, 640GB and 750GB storage capacities. It uses USB 3.0 interface for high-speed data transfer. The A2 is just 1.4cm in depth and sports an internal shock/vibration absorption mechanism to keep data safe.
