Release Date of Acer Iconia Tab A100 shifted to mid-2011

Launch of Acer Iconia Tab A100 for sale, delayed!

It seems as if Acer is not too excited to get their Acer Iconia Tab A100 in the hands of consumers as soon as possible. Their latest range of Tablet PCs was planned to get launched by this month but Acer recently announced that release date of Acer Iconia Tab A100 has been shifted a little.

Acer had recently launched several gadgets from the Iconia series in India in which it was announced that Acer Iconia Tab A100 would release somewhere in May but Acer is prompting that they have delayed it to second half of 2011.

No reasons have been given for this delay and there is nothing about it on their blog too which is not a good sign. At least they should reveal why they are delaying the planned launched of Acer Iconia Tab A100.

Recently a report from Poland suggested that launch of Acer Iconia Tab A100 has been cancelled but Acer's PR team totally declined this rumor and said that the company has decided to delay the release of Acer Iconia Tab A100 but not cancelled, whatever the case maybe, the point is that you would have to wait for another 2-3 months before you can lay your hands on this beauty.
