StarTech.com launches the SATDUPUE portable SATA hard drive duplicator offering an easy way for users to duplicate or clone a SATA hard drive. The standalone drive duplicator allows you to create an exact 1-to-1 sector clone from one hard drive to another, including partition and boot sector information and all data, at a rate of up to 72 MBps. It provides USB 2.0 and SATA interfaces and supports on-the-fly switching from Duplicator to USB 2.0 or eSATA connectivity with the push of a button so a connected computer system to read/write to the drives.
The StarTech SATDUPUE can also be used as an external hard drive dock with support for plug-and-play. You can connect it to your PC using USB or eSATA. The device is so compact that it fits in your palm. The price is $77.99.

ViewSonic launches in Europe its new V3D231 3D LED-backlit LCD monitor that lets users enjoy stereoscopic 3D content with passive polarised glasses. The 23-inch display features 1920x1080p Full HD resolution, LED-backlit, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 20,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250cd/m2 brightness, 2ms reponse rate and 170/160-degree viewing angle.
