A Few Expected Features of Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone

Samsung Galaxy SII Smartphone has broken several records set by giants like Apple and Samsung itself to become the Best Smartphone ever since it has been launched. Well, if we believe the rumors, Apple is going to launch the next-generation of its Smartphone – iPhone 5 next month and undoubtedly there would be loads of mind blowing features in the New iPhone 5.

I feel that R&D Team at Samsung would have created a blueprint of the features that next generation of Galaxy S Smartphone would possess. Today, I am going to share with some of the features that I think would be incorporated in the New Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone.

Brighter and Better Looking Display

Samsung focuses quite heavily on the display of their Smartphone. I feel that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would have either Super AMOLED display or an improvement to Super AMOLED touchscreen.

The display screen would be large. I hope it remains close to 4 inches but looking at the trend of Samsung's Galaxy Note, it could be around 4.5 inches or 4.7 inches. I expect Galaxy SIII to have a larger display resolution, a little larger than what Galaxy SII since it would support Full HD 1080p video playback. Doesn't it sound cool?

Slimmer Profile and Sleeker Feel

I am somewhat certain that Samsung is going to put Samsung Galaxy SII Smartphone on a diet so as to give Galaxy SIII the look that would make it capable of placing the tag of – "Slimmest Smartphone Ever" tag under its belt.

How slim the phone would be?

Well that would depend on the screen size, a very slim phone with a very large display screen is probably the worst combination in any Gadget. Samsung would try to reach a suitable thickness to complement Galaxy SIII's screen size.

Much Powerful Processor

I know, for many of you, the next step after a dual core processor is a quad core processor but I think differently. Yes, the next step to dual core processor is a quad core processor but I don't think Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would possess one.

Looking at the applications and games available in the market, even a single core processor rich phone like Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is able to run them perfectly then what would be the need to create a more powerful, more expensive quad core processor for a Smartphone.

I feel that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would have a dual core processor with increased clock speed, 4G Samsung Galaxy SII X has also revealed that it has 1.5 GHz dual core processor embedded in it so, I think Galaxy SIII would have a 1.8 GHz or 2.0 GHz processor.

It might also have a 1 GB ROM and 2 GB RAM to support multitasking and running HD videos, apps and Games simultaneously.

I am certain that it would have a better GPU processor. Already HD games like Asphalt 6 require hardware of Galaxy SII Smartphone to run and there are thousands of developers around making high-end games for Smartphones.

Ice Cream Sandwich OS

Google recently announced at Google I/O conference about Ice Cream Sandwich. It is almost certain that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would run on this operating system.

ICS has been announced recently and only a few details about it is known like it is going to provide a 3D user interface, easy to use APIs for the developers, could be used on Smartphones as well as Tablet PCs.

Samsung is going to introduce its TouchWiz User Interface on top of ICS and that would add better utility on the user end.

Enhanced Storage Memory

Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would have 32 GB or 64 GB of inbuilt memory along with a microSD expansion slot for more. I am a bit skeptical whether it would support only 32GB of expandable microSD card. It is possible that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone would support the latest SDHC cards from SanDisk that come in 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB variants.

After the reading the expected the expected camera details of Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone you would realize where this memory would be used.

8MP High-Res 3D Camera

After 4G, 3D is the next big thing that may happen to Samsung Galaxy S series of Smartphones. HTC and LG has already released their version of 3D Smartphone in market and it is very much possible that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone is going to possess two HQ 8MP camera at back that could record 3D Videos.

Smartphones that can record 3D video don't come cheap. HTC Evo 3D comes at a price of Rs. 36,000 ($761.76) so it may be said that Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone is going to be the costliest Android Smartphone ever made by Samsung.

Certainly, it would have total social network integration, even before you click something from your Smartphone, your status would be updated as, "[your-name] is enjoying capturing beautiful 3D pictures at Gir Nation Park, Gujarat."

Wouldn't that be putting Facebook to great use?

Powerful Battery

Very few people buy Smartphone without looking at the talk time the phone offers. Samsung Galaxy SII claimed to give a talk time of 8 hours when on a 3G network but in reality the talk time is quite lower than that.

I wish that Samsung adds a powerful battery to Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone such that I can Play HD Games, Watch Videos and do whatever I like without thinking about the battery for at least one complete day – 10 to 12 hours.

Some Other Features

Samsung Galaxy SIII Smartphone may also have Near Field Communication for sharing files at faster rates without connecting using cables and Dedicated Music Integration like HTC has done with Beats Audio for HTC Runnymede and HTC Sensation XE.

Let me tell you something, these features and specs are not official, these views totally belong to me. I somewhat feel that Galaxy SIII Smartphone would have these features.
